Recipes


Berry Smoothy

30g instant oats, cooked in water
25g blackberries OR raspberries OR strawberries OR blueberries
1tbs low fat natural yogurt
2tsp vanilla protein
2 ice cubs

blend together


Choc-Nana Smoothy

120mls skim milk
½ banana
1tsp low fat natural yogurt
1tbs chopped walnuts
1tsp choc protein powder
3 ice cubs

blend together


Cheesecake Smoothy

90g reduced fat ricotta
30mls skim milk
40g blackberries
1/3 banana
2tsp vanilla protein powder
3 ice cubes

blend together


Oat and Protein Crepe

½ cup oats cooked in water
4 egg whites whisked splash water
1tsp cinnamon
1pkt CNP pro-dessert
½  banana sliced
2tbs chopped walnuts

make up pro dessert put in fridge
blend oats, eggs and cinnamon
heat non stick fry pan little spray of olive oil
pour ¼ mixture into pan cook
top crepe with pro dessert sliced banana and sprinkle or walnuts


Icy Protein

Make up a one serving  of  pro peptide

Add flavors
add tbs coffee mix through or
1 tbs sugar free caramel or berrie topping
you can add any flavors you like
pour mixture into icy pole molds
freeze


Barley and Vegetable Soup

1tbs olive oil
1/2cup onion, diced
1clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2cup carrots, sliced
1/2cup zucchini, chopped
1broccoli, chopped
1small sweet potato, diced
¾ cup quick pearl barley
1tsp dried basil
1 bay leaf
5cups water
1lge can crushed tomatoes

large stock pot heat oil add onion and garlic cook until browned
add remaining ingredients
cover bring to the boil
reduce heat simmer for 30-40 min stirring occasionally
add extra water if needed to thin soup
add salt and pepper to taste
if you like spice add chilli
